Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Double-row or two-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed for heavy loads that single-row bearings cannot handle. An extra row of rollers allows for increased radial loads. Our double row cylindrical bearings are usually metric sizes with machined brass cages. The cage is a one-piece roller ride brass finger cage that promotes smooth rolling. They are interchangeable within the industry and have the same size designation. They provide C3 internal radial clearance unless otherwise stated. Bearings with tapered bore, "K" suffix and P5 clearance are available upon request. Applications for two row cylindrical bearings include lathes, gearboxes and pinion carriers.

Double-row cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for heavy radial loads, because of their high rigidity and load capacity. These bearings are designed for spindles which are subject to high rigidity requirements, most often lathe spindles.

Types:

NN type – Two ribs on the inner ring, no rib on the outer ring
NNU type – Two ribs on the outer ring, no rib on the inner ring
E44 – Bearings with the lubricating groove and lubricating holes on the outer ring
Two types of cages: Brass (MB), special plastic PPS cage (TB)
These bearings are also produced with the tapered bore (K or KR).

Accuracy: P5, P4, P2 according to ISO, P4Y special accuracy class. Narrow tolerance field: At the lower limit of the tolerance field according to ISO.

Radial clearance: CC1, standard for bearings with cylindrical bore, CC0, standard for bearings with tapered bore, CCG, special radial clearance.

The resulting radial clearance can be adjusted to the requested value by axial displacement of the inner ring on the conical seat of the pin.

Sealed double-row cylindrical roller bearings are also produced and are resistant to very high and shock load.
