RB

The RB series crossed roller bearings feature an integral inner ring and split outer ring design (without mounting holes), maximizing space savings and ideal for applications requiring high inner ring rotational precision. Comprising an outer ring, an integral inner ring, cylindrical rollers, and separators (or retainers), the RB series arranges rollers between the inner and split outer rings with separators to prevent mutual contact.

Key Features:

  • Integral inner ring, split outer ring design without mounting holes, suitable for inner/outer ring rotation.
  • Lightweight and compact structure, with minimal thickness where possible.
  • High rigidity due to vertical arrangement of the inner and outer rings.
  • Special design with cylindrical rollers in a 90° V groove allows a single bearing to withstand all axial, radial, and moment loads.

RB crossed roller bearings employ a split-type design between the inner and split outer rings, ensuring balanced rotational torque and automatic adjustment of clearance under pressure to prevent roller lock-up, maintaining high precision rotation. They are particularly suited for applications demanding high rotational precision in environments such as industrial robots, machinery, and medical facilities where high rigidity, compactness, and high-speed operation are required. RB crossed roller bearings achieve high rotational efficiency and low heat generation, resulting in reduced lubricant consumption.
