RA

The RA series crossed roller bearings consist of an outer ring and an inner ring, with cylindrical rollers and separators (or retainers) positioned between them to prevent mutual contact. The RA series is a compact type of bearing that reduces the thickness of the inner and outer rings to the limit, derived from the RB series. The extremely small cross-sectional area of RA series crossed roller bearings makes them suitable for lightweight and compact applications, such as rotating parts in robots and manipulators. Manufactured by AUBEARING, the RA series crossed roller bearings are available in two types: RA (open type) and RA-UU (double-sealed on both ends).

RA crossed roller bearings are designed to provide a more compact alternative to the RB series crossed roller bearings. They retain all the attributes of the RB series while saving space with thinner inner and outer rings. Featuring rollers arranged in a 90° V configuration, this bearing can withstand loads in all directions: radial, axial, and moment loads simultaneously. The RA slim type is characterized by its small volume and lightweight construction, with exceptionally thin walls. It is capable of bearing heavy loads, allowing for weight reduction in bearing seats and mounting flanges. The outer ring of RA slim type bearings is detachable and secured with special rivets.

Key Specifications:

  • Outer diameter: 66mm to 226mm
  • Inner diameter: 50mm to 200mm
  • Width: 8-13mm
  • Precision grades: P6, P5, P4, P2
  • Clearance: C2, CN, C3, C4

These RA series crossed roller bearings are engineered to meet stringent requirements for compactness and high load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for a variety of precision applications in robotics, medical devices, and more.
