CRBC

The CRBC series crossed roller bearings, manufactured by AUBEARING, feature separable outer rings and integral inner rings designed for high rotational precision applications of the inner ring. Rollers are positioned between the inner and outer rings with spacers to prevent friction, thereby reducing rotational torque resistance. AUBEARING offers six types of crossed roller bearings (equivalent to IKO, cross-referenced interchangeably), including split outer ring type (CRBA), split inner ring type (CRBB), high rigidity type (CRBC), split outer ring type with mounting holes (CRBD), high rigidity type with mounting holes (CRBE), and customized type (CRBX). Among these, the CRBC series of crossed roller bearings are characterized by high rigidity and are the thinnest in their class because of the segmented outer ring, while the inner ring remains integral.

The structure of CRBC series crossed roller bearings consists of two segmented outer rings (connected by bolts or specialized rivets) and an integral inner ring, providing high rotational precision especially suitable for applications requiring precise inner ring rotation with stability in micrometer-level rotational accuracy. Cylindrical rollers in the CRBC series are positioned in 90° V-shaped grooves, arranged in a cross formation with separators ensuring mutual separation. This unique design enables the bearing to withstand loads in all directions including radial, axial, and moment.
