A slewing ring consists of an inner ring and an outer ring, one of which usually contains a gear. Together with the connecting holes on the two rings, they allow for an optimized power transmission by simply and quickly connecting adjacent machine components. Bearing raceways together with rolling elements and cages or spacers are designed to withstand loads acting individually or in combination in any direction.

DT Series

The DT series utilizes eight point ball bearings to provide maximum load capacity for a given envelope and bolt circle diameter. DT Series slewing rings provide up to 80% higher load carrying capacity than single-row four-point designs of the same diameter and number of bolt turns. However, the DT series has a smaller profile than the three-row drum design.

HS Series

Similar in size to RK Series slewing ring bearings, HS Series slewing rings have a rectangular cross-section and provide approximately twice the load capacity (even rated moments up to 139,900 ft-lbs) in the same housing. HS series bearings are most widely used in medium to heavy duty applications.

HT Series

The HT series slewing ring bearings are larger than the HS series, with increased ball diameter and cross-sectional area, providing greater capacity. HT series slewing bearings are commonly found in medium to heavy duty applications.

KH Series

KH series precision slewing rings are designed to provide precise positioning with consistent repeatability in constant rotation, intermittent or oscillating applications. KH slewing bearings offer a wide range of solutions for advanced rotary indexing tables or any design where the bearings interface with other precision mechanical components.

MT Series

MT series heavy-duty slewing ring bearings provide a variety of solutions for applications such as truck cranes, cranes and non-precision industrial tables and positioners, providing the best economy and capacity for a given envelope size.

RK Series

RK series slewing ring bearings provide a variety of solutions for applications where large diameter and low weight are critical. RK Series slewing bearings feature flanged cross-sections on one or both rings, reducing weight and providing equipment designers with unique flexibility to accommodate various configurations of adjacent mounting structures and bolting arrangements.

TR Series

TR series three row roller slewing ring bearings offer the highest capacity for a given diameter. When XR series or DT series bearings cannot meet your stiffness and capacity requirements, consider TR series slewing rings, which provide a wide range of solutions for radar, crane, mining shovel and other applications.

XR Series

XR series crossed roller slewing ring bearings offer a variety of solutions including high stiffness and low rotational torque within a minimal envelope. XR series slewing ring bearings are ideal when four-point contact ball bearings cannot meet the running performance requirements of torque and stiffness.

XT Series

XT Series slewing rings provide a solution for applications where standard products do not meet size, capacity or weight requirements. XT Series slewing rings are custom designed with rectangular cross-sections in sizes up to 218" OD (5500 mm OD).
