Alumina ceramic ball is a grinding medium made of alumina powder through batching, grinding, powder making, molding, drying, sintering and other processes. The appearance is a white sphere with a diameter of 0.5mm-120mm.

Alumina ceramic balls are especially suitable for extremely harsh environments where high temperatures, corrosive and aggressive substances are present. Standard 99.5% alumina ceramic balls have proven performance in abrasive, high temperature and corrosive environments and maintain dimensional stability at temperatures up to 2000°F. Alumina is resistant to oxidation and is resistant to water, salt solutions and many chemicals and acids, but is not suitable for use in hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acids or strong alkaline solutions.

Alumina balls are used in machined equipment to improve bearing performance. Alumina balls are lighter, harder, smoother, harder, corrosion resistant, require less lubrication and have lower thermal expansion than steel balls, which allows bearings to work at higher speeds and higher temperature operation. AUB balls perform better in extreme temperatures and are extremely durable.

AUB offers Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) Ceramic Balls in various sizes for a variety of uses and applications. We are proud to be the industry-leading manufacturer and supplier of alumina ceramic balls.
